1.make a plane
2.subdivide a few times
3.add a meta and parent it to the plane
4. add a displace modifier to plane and set to clouds and Z axis and 'object' and add a empty and target it
5. moving the empty moves the cloud texture now on the displace (animations?)
next go to the object property panel while selecting the plane and set instancing to vertex
:D
from here it's just calling
own.updatePhysicsShape() each frame in game on the plane and using triangle mesh
