D1x Descent - Level 3: Lunar military base Insane 100%
0Some good old Descent. Using the D1x port.
Level 3: Lunar military base.
Insane difficulty, all hostages, all bots, all secrets.
"100%" run. This level was ridiculously hard to pull off. The basic strategy is to mass up shields for the red / yellow door and the escape because there is no way you can avoid the massive damage that awaits you there. As you can see I took some safer approaches on some enemys to save shields. After ~10 attempts without saving I finally made it. For the exiting part: You have to be very careful with your movements. A lot of strategy and planning is required in this level. EDIT: Oh, and it seems that I forgot one secret passage (that with the vulcan ammo in it). Nevermind :D
