Hello everyone and welcome back to another Diablo 3 Season 3 Build featuring the Raiment of a Thousand Storms gear set. The reason that we will be using this set is to take advantage of the huge damage bonus that the set gives when you've completed all the pieces which is increasing the damage of Dashing Strike by 12,000% weapon damage after using a Spirit Generator for 6 seconds. This will make an absolutely insane broken build that could potentially 1 shot elite packs.

Also, another required weapon will be the IN-GEOM Legendary Sword because of the fact that we get a 10 second cooldown for 15 seconds every-time we kill an Elite or Champion pack. Which means that we could spam Dashing Strike as often as possible within the given 15 seconds and this also means that we can breeze through rifts with ease and deadly efficiency.
