After making it back to Hq and talking to everyone, head out to kidnap Sokolov. Sneaking through the city and across the bridge to get to Sokolov House. Grabbing him out of his lab and getting back to Samuel. Questioning him back to Hq to find the lord regent's mistress. sneak in the Boyle estate and search for the mistress. Having to figure out which of the 3 sisters she is and feeding her the rats. Then back to the Hq, where they tell us to get take down the Lord Regent. Sneaking up the waterlock and into the palace. Then, after finding the regent, make a choice of non-lethal or lethal. Then back to Hq.
