Not actually new video or is it? Just comparing around with DAIN and Hybrid (from Selur.de) interpolation methods to go 60fps from 15fps.

I used also jPSXDec to get video from rom.
DAIN app crashed at end of cutscene for somereason. But i was able to restore project by building video up from all interpolated frames in folder.

DAIN does great job as AI but is limited to Nvidia CUDA and does require HUGE amount of memory / time out of PC when it's rendering..
Hybrid is great video tool too. I use it for basic upscale and turn videos to 60fps.
