You need Audacity, WinFF and Masher to do this. This method doesn't work yet in RELIVE Engine project.
Thank you for LegnaX for finding WinFF program. This time crackling issue also has been fixed by setting ddv video to 60fps for somereason.

1. Download/Install WinFF and use AVI as video format with MS Compatible AVI. By Clicking "Options" you get rest of the tabs. Go to Video tab and put frame rate as 60 and video resolution to 320x240. Press Convert to convert your video.
2. Insert video audio to Audacity. You need possibly install some ffmpeg library this to work. Export the audio to .WAV with 16bit Signed PCM.
3. In Masher go to File - Make DDV. Choose your converted .AVI video file as Video Source and exported .WAV as Audio Source in Masher.
- Set 1 keyframe for 60 frames
- Set Audio Interleave to 0
Rest settings should be fine. Make sure video is still 60fps in Masher.
Lastly replace your chosen DDV in Abe's Exoddus. Make sure you take up backup of original ddv file.
