Next in Nerd Immersion's Guide to Everything, we're talking about variant combat rules. These are additional/optional rules you can inject to add more options/complications to your D&D 5e combat. While I don't employ all of them, some are definitely worth exploring. Do you use any of these in the games you play? If so which ones? Any extra homebrew rules that you use? One I forgot to mention that I'd like to see is the optional for "called shots".
