This game spoils Danganronpa 1 and Danganronpa 2, I fully recommend playing those before watching Ultra Despair Girls.

This game contains many sexual innuendos, mainly of minors. There's sexual harassment and sexual abuse, bullying, a child that is a victim of rape who makes jokes about it, a pedophile character later on in the game, general fanservice and sexualization of minors which includes elementary school students. The game also can be a bit brutal at times with executions of characters, despite a good part of the bodies being just blue or pink blobs. That said, there can be scenes of extreme violence so be careful if that is something that upsets you. I completely understand if any of these things in the game make you too uncomfortable to watch and I recommend skipping watching these videos if such things I describe are triggering for you as the game can be a bit unapologetic about its problematic content and sometimes even revels in it, unfortunately.
