Antstream Arcade service is the cloud streaming service of retro games and I recently discovered it thanks to some 4Gamer article that listed down many of recent releases of older Cave arcade shooters and that service was mentioned in the list. Games released on that service were considered global releases unlike the previous console releases which were in Japan only. Muchi Muchi Pork and Pink Sweets Ibara were released on Xbox 360 as region-free games from Cave and Puzzle Uo Poko never got a consumer system release at all until the time it was finally available on Antstream Arcade service which didn't seem like the best choice.
A bigger reason for trying out Antstream Arcade service is that it has both Freemium and Premium tiers and I recently signed up for it. Another reason is that the service itself is LEGAL and even the Wikipedia articles for some Cave games mentioned it as one of the official recent releases.
Be warned, depending on your internet connection and the server of your choice, there will be annoying technical hiccups along the way at times, ruining the experience. The best experience at home will be on Playstation 4 or Xbox One version.
