At the rope crossroads, simple Righteous Path skip.

Later, after falling down in front of the swinging rope, there's a chance to do a momentum glitch which allows you full speed to the right instantly, but it seems to happen randomly if I just keep analog stick pressed towards left when grabbing the rope. Don't know if there's something else to it. Anyway, it didn't happen this time - woulda saved a few seconds.

The meat of the vid is the next skip, which uses redemption jump and an invisible platform. This allows you to skip the statue rotating bit, saving perhaps a minute.
