You get to use the circular saw without the engine noise or the smoke for an indefinite time! First, you gotta do a glitch which gives Alex spring-loaded weapons up his sleeves, much like Altair from Assassin's Creed has (except a lot more inefficient, since you become powerless). Open up the weapons menu, but right at the last moment quickswitch weapons. This activates the glitch. Then, enter this (or possibly other similar) examining location which allows you to switch weapons and open menu while examining. Switch to Circular saw. This gets the audio loop stuck in the background, and if all goes normal, it should stop as soon as you switch weapons.

However, should you now enter the weapons menu and manually re-select the Saw, the noise of the Saw will disattach itself from the main character. If you end the spring-loaded weapons glitch now, the noise stays put, allowing you to go elsewhere with an engine noise-less Circular saw!

In this vid the noise of the Saw actually multiplies momentarily, as if many Saws were on at the same time.

This glitch ends eventually, but it's fun while it lasts. The smoke of the saw may disappear for good, though.
