You almost get stuck in some strange collision atop the fence, but by doing Righteous Path you can clip through.

The 'pod' of the tree can't be destroyed until you segment or suicide (checkpoint abused). But after that things work out completely normal.

In an actual speedrun, it's not worth it because you probably lack redemption, the jump takes a lot of time and the loop itself isn't super long (only some navigation, 1 easy fight and the block puzzle).
