Hudson soft's Princess Tomato in the Salad Kingdom is one of the weirdest NES games ever released in the US. In a land of talking vegetables, the evil Minister Pumpkin has kidnapped the juicy Princess Tomato, and overthrown the Salad Kingdom's ruler-ship with the aid of his evil farmie army. It falls to you - the brave knight Sir Cucumber - to liberate the nation and rescue your bride-to-be.

Gameplay: Princess Tomato is a traditional 8-bit adventure game - look at still pictures and click on the action menu options to order to interact with the environment and advance the story through puzzle solving. You will also explore first person dungeons and battle enemies in rock-paper-scissor duels.
