My playthrough of DARK chapter 1 in under 20 minutes for the achievement in hard difficulty:
"Guided tour, please! Finished the Harding Museum in less than 20 minutes."

As the achievement indicates, finish chapter 1 in 20 minutes. The time is counted when you killing Blooming.

Note that this 20 minutes includes all reloads from checkpoints.

Since kills and exp doesn't affect the achievement, you're recommended to max out Shadow Leap to avoid most of the guards. You'll gain enough exp from the "no alarm" experience reward to level anyway.
