So is this juuust legally distinct enough from Phantom of the Opera to not get sued, I'm guessing and yet it's somehow darker.
This game is available on BFG, Steam store and it's also available at Game House Games, but be aware that without a membership you'll only be able to play the game for the demo hour and you have to have an always on internet connection.
