Read below to know how to have stable 30 fps.
This is Dark Souls II at 30 fps, to avoid tearing effect and, I hope, frame drops I've read about (never played this game for more than 1 hour). Original is about 30-40 fps, with peak of more than 50 fps, because it's already unlocked. Differently from PS3 version, that is unlocked too but with vsync on (but with lower framerate), the Xbox 360 version has vsync off, that means tearing effect. This could be annoying for someone.

To get the stable 30 fps framerate you have to:
1. You need a RGH modded Xbox 360 (actually, I haven't tried on a retail Xbox 360 with this game installed. Perhaps with software like Horizon it should be possibile insert the modded xex, but I don't suggest it because with unlocked framerate the GPU temperature rises)
2. Take the defaul.xex in your Dark Souls II folder on the xbox 360, copy and paste it in your PC to uncompress/decrypt it with xextool (follow my tutorial for the decrypting/uncompressing part, here https://youtu.be/W26KD-mntEY)
3. Open the decrypted/uncompressed file in HxD
4. Search for these locations (CTRL+G):

9EF320 (829eb320 in absolute values) and change 39 60 00 01 to 39 60 00 02 (so, 01 to 02)

NOTE: if you don't find it, be sure you have selected "hexadecimal values" in the research window and you don't have a title updated (TU) game or another region game (ex. PAL/NTSC or Media ID). In that case try to search for these values. The strings to change are the first:

39 60 00 01 81 5f 2f fc 55 6b 40 2e 80 9f 00 30 55 4a 4e 7e 81 3f 00 38 7d 4b 5b 78 7f 04 48 40 7d 7e eb 78 40 99 00 10 7f e3 fb 78 4b fe e4 9d

5. Save the file as you prefer (eg. DarkSouls2_30fps.xex)
6. Copy this file in your folder on the Xbox 360, then start it by file manager or rename in default.xex (after renamed the original one) to start it from the cover in your dashboard
If you wish, let me know what you think about it.
