That rotten pile is something else. It's probably my most revisited boss in the game, so far. atm I'm at the Undead Crypt boss beyond this video. Around this time in the video, is when the backtracking craze for me really set in for the places I've been. Not in any videos, I went and beat the dull version of Pikachu at the blue cathedral. "Pikachu" as a reference to the Dark Souls 1's version being more golden and using lightning against us, and fighting along side a bigger guy people liked to reference with him as "Snorlax". I also defeated the guy that's before him off camera. He was a rather too easy of a fight, just easy dodges and easy hits. Some of the easier bosses caught me by surprise this way so I beat them off camera much sooner than I expected. Another two bosses I keep failing to record at all were the Gargoyles which have little to no real learning strategy other than killing what you could and try not to die, and the Sentinels in the Lost Bastille because they just are majorly annoying to fight and would be without separating them at all, a rather lucky or cheap battle to make happen.
