Use the one with the halberd to destroy the platform and bring the archer down. Then stick real close to the archer so you don't have to worry about getting shot, keep your shield up and wait for an opportunity to strike. Pay attention to your stamina levels and don't go for an attack when you're low. Keep enough so you can block 2 or 3 attacks. It's a really easy fight.
