Playing Dark Soul 3 without rolling is quite the experience. I've been fighting Champion Gundyr with parries for so long its refreshing to mix up the challenge. Being soul level 1 (SL1) makes it much more dangerous. You do less damage and hits are much more punishing. I beat this 1 time before but I determined to do it without taking any damage. Enjoy!
