What is an Arcade Stick Run?

I'm playing entirely on a portable arcade joystick controller often referred to as a 'fightstick' or just 'stick'.

This means I can only move in 8 cardinal directions. I have no access to R2, L2, as well as no access to the right analog (aka no lock-on, no camera usage). Most likely the worst restriction imposed upon myself is that due to the PCB of my stick, any directional input is sent as both an analog AND a d-pad input. So when I move left, it also switches my left shield equipment, etc. Swapping equipment is considered an action in which you cannot perform any other actions aside from moving (aka no blocking or rolling).
