From the King's Gate bonfire in Drangleic, in the room with the many statue enemies and sentinels, inside one of the doors on the far left near the statue golem, there is a hole inside the room.
To open the door, defeat an enemy near the door to open it. Use the bonfire to respawn the enemies if they were all killed.

Drop down and the corpse will hold the Faraam Armor set and the bonfire nearby.
