The video shows how to reach dragleic castle in ng+ run.
In order to reach the castle withouth taking the souls of other bosses you have to:

-collect 1.000.000 souls in RUN 1
-collect 2.000.000 souls in NG+
-collect 3.000.000 souls in NG++
and so on

after you collect the required souls, the door that leads to the winter sanctuary and then to Drangleic castle will open (02:28).
A good farming spot (at least for me) is the one shown at 00:00 to 01:00.

IMPORTANT NOTE: you cannot collect the souls in previous runs, the required souls MUST BE TAKEN IN THE CURRENT RUN.
