The Fog Ring (or hiding behind structures) allows a player to become nearly invisible. As you can imagine, this allows for some great blending into the environment, and stealth kills, as shown by the unwary invaders in "Undead Burg," "Sen's Fortress," "Painted World of Ariamis," "Oolacile Township," "Chasm of the Abyss," and "Kiln of the First Flame," who are unaware of my presence.
