When I made this Minecraft build I was a little worried about using the Pickaxe as a main weapon. That was largely because of the really slow swing speed of the Pickaxe in DS3 but in DS1 it's in the standard axes category whereas DS3 considered it a greataxe. So my biggest concern of a really slow swing speed was bit mitigated, it's still notably slower than a regular axe tho, but that really didn't matter whenever I went on a backstabbing spree.
