I do a Veteran Cove dungeon, needing to get money and emblems to upgrade my party member's and the Town, also would be good to unlock the next boss fight for the cove.
To be honest I'm not a fan of the Cove, or its boss fights. would not mind just grinding them out of the way.

Funny story about that really, every time I restart Darkest Dungeon, the cove is ether the last or the first to be done, but I went to Champion level dungeon with out even touching the Cove once, nothing more annoying having to trash party members to make room to do Apprentice level Dungeons.
