We get our senses back as we are crucified alive. A hideous and sinister guy does a whole lot of monologuing, explaining how this was all a set-up to capture me with my darkness, in a state where it can be extracted and he, apparently the real owner, can get it. His henchman is ultra-violent, and we see Venus' dead body hanging from the ceiling. He tells me that he is going to kill everyone in the family, specially Aunt Sarah.
We get help from the darkness to somehow break out, but now the building is in fire. We escape and hop over rooftops to my place, taking out more enemies in process. They seem to have magical powers.
