I've been fighting with this for hours and hours and I finally figured it out. I'm gonna give it to you straight!

1) All you gotta do is have a STR character that's at level 1 doing this or close to it like I was at. Like S Warrior and Bunny Girl.
2) The 3 monsters that I know for a fact that turns you into a slime or whatever it is called is a Cloud fairy, blood bat, or white knight.

3) If it's the wrong monster go ahead and hit "Leave" to leave battle. This will help not level your character up and keep your damage low so you won't kill the monsters too fast for it to happen. You wanna be weak as hell doing this.

I would strongly recommend upping your game level from easy to "General". Only because the monsters will have higher health to keep you in battle longer. Which meens unequip any weapons that you may have equipped. I didn't wear any when I was using Bunny Girl.
