This build converts part damage into wound damage
Yes, it uses tempest, no it is NOT a meta tempest build don't expect anything crazy, but you can hit high as seen in the video, it is mainly there to insta wound from all the next attack buffs from your cells
if you don't like tactician, you can always replace it with either a pulse 3 or savagery 3 or even a fleetfooted 3 it is really up to you
Personally, I like tactician I tested with all 3 extensively, but you may like the others so go ahead and try it out.
