80As most of you will remember a sequel to the hit comedy NEIGHBORS is currently in development with Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne and Zac Efron all set to reprise their roles from the original. One significant name that was missing from the original reports was Dave Franco who played Efron’s frat brother and best friend in the original.
