3Well it was kinda shocking, I searched all over the net on how to obtain the crossbow since I had a pair and is unable to Equip them.
Turns out you just need to level up until you get the Quest:
[๐โ] โ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐๐ค - Present yourself before the Deity.
And thats it! You now Gained a New talent which now you can Equip a cross bow!
