The current Eldar "meta" build, comprising of taking full advantage of an early Webway Gate + the Wraithlord's command doctrine, supporting a follow up of 3-4 Dire Avengers.

A micro heavy style, involving keeping your early webway gate within close proximity of any fight that might happen, allowing your troops to permanently be buffed with Fleet of Foot and increased shield regeneration.

From here, landing multiple good plasma grenades can lead to getting early squad wipes against the opponent, and subsequently better map control.

After this opening, find an opportunity to build a warrior portal, and from there start adding variety to your army/get upgrades/tech up as appropriate.
