Trying to get more fit and loose the COVID 15 I have gained over the summer. In order to do that I am doing a modified #onepunchman routine. I an going to do 5 sets of: 20 push ups, 20 sit ups, 20 squats, 1 km jog, 1/2 km rowing machine.

Any advice, tips or tricks to help out along the way are welcome :)
