Day 1,934/6901. Join me in my fight to spread awareness to and for everyone regarding anxiety, PTSD, depression, mental health issues and suicide.

This all started as a way to raise awareness for the men and women in all armed force's who were, and still are, commiting suicide due to PTSD and other Mental Health Illnesses.

If you need someone to talk to please reach out, comment and I will get back to you. There are also many phone and online sources listed below.

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a mental health condition that's triggered by a terrifying event — either experiencing it or witnessing it. Symptoms may include flashbacks, nightmares and severe anxiety, as well as uncontrollable thoughts about the event. Reports suggest that twice as many women have been affected by PTSD than men.

3.6% of the US Adult population experienced post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in the past year.*

5% of adolescents age 13-18 in the US experience PTSD in their lifetime.*

About 8 million adults have PTSD during a given year. This is only a small portion of those who have gone through a trauma.*

I am a serving member of the Royal Canadian Air Force and am pledging to do push-ups each day until the end of my contract in 2035.
