2[ Hard | Tyrant | Old Faith ]
Hey Everyone, Altered Calyx here and we're back partying in King Arthur: Knight's Tale.
We continued where we left off from last time and finished up the Balor's Champion side quest. We had our Dream Team so it was no big deal ๐. We made up for some lost time and completed 3 more missions. I even went out of my comfort zone and brought out Red Knight, Brunor, and Boudicea for one of the missions ๐ฎ. I didn't want to "waste" experience so they came out to play (those 3 were all under leveled compared to the mission. Boudicea is winning me over with her killing spree attitude (Don't tell Tristan).)
Here are the missions we took on tonight:
1:37:20 The Reckoning with Galahad (19): Mordred, Tristan, Merlin, Morgana. Dream Team makes everything easy. We let some old guy join our group at the end so he could feel alive again.
3:30:42 Retribution (18): Red Knight, Brunor, Boudicea, Merlin. Mostly new team with veteran Merlin who held it together and showed the younglings how it's done ๐งโโ๏ธ๐ฅ
4:48:05 The Viper's Nest (19): Mordred, Brunor, Boudicea, Merlin. Brunor took a massive beating and we nearly lost him. He basically cowered in the corner near the end of the mission. Turns out I was playing him too aggressively in the beginning of the encounters. Need to be more patient and then WHAM, let out the beast. Lesson learned.

Notes on play through:
* Game Difficulty: Hard
* Game Mode: Semi hardcore where if the Hero dies, they are permadead. I don't reload the game to try to save them. Unless, I'm unable to or it seems highly unlikely that I can finish the mission (i.e. Hero dies early in the mission). I'd say it's roguelite with options.
* First Play Through: Learning as I go. No outside research on class builds or story. We're experiencing the game fresh. There's no min/maxing because I figured I'd save that for subsequent play throughs. My Heroes will be imperfectly spec'd/geared and I'm ok with that ๐
