This Video is just for testing and planning for my level your comments are welcome.
I started it from openstreetmaps import into blender then to UE4 so I imported the terrain and buildings for proper placement and used the image on the terrain for reference for streets and foliage then added dow content to create a city in the rear which is not complete yet as you will see towards the end of the video lighting is also just on a preview compile while testing.
