In this live stream, we looked at the CfgEffectArea.json file. This is the file that controls the Static Contamination Zones. As it turns out you can actually do a lot more with the file than it was intended for. You can actually spawn in different particle effects like Heli crash smoke and camp fires. You can also set a trigger radius so a player's camera changes its tint and make spooky mist appear.

All this is intended for the DayZ Console Server owners community as they don't have full modding access like it is possible with PC. So in this video, we try and be creative to get some cool effects with what access we have.

Some things covered in the video;
-Move Zones
-Turn off damage in zones
-Change the color of the gas
-Change particles
-Set Zones to fire/Balck smoke/Heli Smoke
-Spawn single Heli Smoke
-Change what happens to the player when entering Radius (Camera tint, Surrounding particles)
