If you've got custom XMLs on your Nitrado Xbox or Playstation Private DayZ server, you'll have to reset the xml files to default to force or allow the new loot to spawn in.
This will of course remove your old custom xml's, but treat this as an opportunity to take a look at your old mods and update them too.
