Here is a rare upload to YouTube now but I'am putting it here to get the most reach for those having an issue.
The issue has changed but is still quite similar. There shooting, punching issue is still here. After some testing and trying different things, I found that aiming and shooting is now a click or toggle and not a hold thing. This video was made the other day and I am not sure if there is more info out there but this is what I have figured out. You can still play just have to play a slightly bit different.
