The concept is the same as the Kid Buu DHC mix-up Japan originated (using super-jump to force them to tech in certain ways, thus causing cross-ups with Super Dash). except we get them here not only at a meter discount, but also layered, and with assist-less coverage for If they delay tech (due to Saibaman). And I believe it is possible to convert back into a Saibaman combo leading into the same setup. Too tired to record proof right now though.

In theory:

Mixup Layer 1 is left/right/up/down (4-way or 25/25/25/25)
↳Left's Layer 2 is left/right/up/down (4-way or 25/25/25/25)
↳Right's Layer 2 is up/down (and additionally fuzzy guard on tall characters)
→Layer 3 is up/down.

And then you get your assist back.
