Hi there folks! Here is a shot video looking at 2 tips I can give for fighting against Ai in combined arms.
1. Use distance - over 4000 m and the Ai will in general not shoot you. Difficult to do on new Caucasus map but you can still occasionally find this situation.
2. Use Terrain - Ridge lines and low ground to hide your hull.

Oh and by the way, there is an option in Settings - Special - CA to turn on/off - Compute Firing Solution , I have this turned off.
