The DCS world has the best flight models for helicopters I ever seen - full stop. When sitting and flying the chopper it feels like sitting and flying the chopper to the last little bit. I'm bit rusty so the flying wasn't anything special but I had a great fun (and next time I have to add lot more sensitivity to compensate for the added joystick extension - otherwise all good :-)
