I take another deep dive into visual tweaks, performance, and the effect visually and FPS-wise that various settings can have, or don't have in DCS World in free-flight over Dubai in the F/A-18C. It's a pretty good look at what fluidity you can gain back by turning off, or turning down, some of the settings.

Hardware details are...

i5 9600K (stock no OC)
EVGA 2080 Super 8GB Black Gaming Edition (No OC)
Asus Prime Z390 MB
32GB DDR4 PC3000
a few 1TB SSDs, with DCS running off a 1TB Western Digital SDD
49 inch Asus Super Ultra Wide 3840x1080 144Hz display

I made this video because a viewer said "turn everything on, and then make a video". So yes I realize using MSAA and SSAA together is pointless and will kill FPS, but wanted to do it to show the results of EVERYTHING turned on.

MSI Afterburner isn't showing in the video, so when I refer to the FPS, that's how I'm gauging it. It's there, but oddly doesn't show up via the capture in OBS.
