A home vlog diary in October 2020.

I am dealing with job stressed, depression, anxiety and insomnia around 1 year but didn’t realize it. August is the toughest month and I am recovering since October.

I bought more indoor plants, watching it growing day by day, take care of it, and takes more time to enjoy the beautiful weather, raining season, even sunshine in Saigon. I have been focused on a lot of things outside but forget to look at inside me, and look at small things.

And coffee... yes, i gained weight from drinking coffee for 1 year... but i can’t stop drinking it because Vietnamese coffee is so good :P working alone in my room, raining outside, with coffee is one of my peaceful time in October.
