Forcing myself to dance for 6 minutes. I'm still at the stage where the main thing I need to do is just go for long periods of time and let my body and muscle memory get used to it. Everything needs work, but probably the first things to concentrate on are just popping harder and popping in different positions (using more space and different limbs). Besides that there's waves and a whoooole world of isolation that I need to play around with someday.
The liquiding felt uninspired too; I guess in general I wasn't quite as inspired as I was last time. But that's okay too. There's some directions that I think I can push my liquid in, namely trying to put different parts of my body in to play, and other things like that.
