Recently I just updated my latest DF2 Prestige and I had gotten some constructive criticism from the comments section. After reading them I thought I would take their advice and suggestions and test it out while the Bonus 100%+ EXP Valentine Event was going on. I was able to incorporate their strats and even without a stockpile of books available I was still able to get from Lv 1 to Lv 13 witin the Outpost Defender Bonus 2 hour window!
