They changed several stats on the OmniDrive implant to 5% instead of 3%, namely the Attack Speed boost.
They changed the XR-2 Magstorm to have a 2 round magazine, which greatly boosts its attack speed; It also no longer has a damage penalty for firing through objects, and it has a dedicated alt fire for high value single target damage as opposed to the hybrid target priority it had before for primary fire. It had previously been buffed to slow reload.
