This Dead Island 2 game guide video shows the Specimen Noah boss battle. This is the first Mutator monster in the game and you'll have to defeat it during The Search for Truth main quest in Ocean Avenue district.
How you approach this fight depends a lot on your active skills & equipment. Fury Mode is an easy way to wound the boss, but certain ranged & melee weapons may also be effective. Make sure to use cover to avoid Noah's projectile attacks. His exposed chest is the area where you should be aiming your attacks. You can also rely on barels and other hazards from the room. Standard zombies will join the fight, but prioritize killing the mutator.
