Note: Technically I did exit (Not Alt F4) the game after this as I managed to set myself on fire and exited the game instead of trying to heal through it. I do regret not trying to heal through it as success would have made this a continuous playthrough without the use of the load at this save. However, at the time I did think I had died in game and another restart of the entire impossible difficulty was required. It was not until I came back to the game after roughly one hour (taking a break) that I discovered I could continue from the save made in this video. I assume this means I could have survived the flames and I would have attempted to do so if I had known (See the how many deaths video to watch myself set on fire).
