I figured out a way to get out of bounds and skip almost the entire first level. First you jump from some stairs to on top of a fence. Then jump up to a slightly higher fence. Then jump over to a post that holds up a canopy and then jump up on top of a building which lets you go all the way around to the last area where you can make a jump down into the last area. Then you run by the fence to trigger the spawn for the last few enemies, kill them, and finish the level. The level is only like two minutes long to begin with, but I estimate if you lined all the jumps up quickly, you could save around 30 seconds.
