Thus, since we receive multiple requests, here's the recreation of Flight 4184.
American Eagle Flight 4184, was a scheduled domestic passenger flight from Indianapolis, Indiana, to Chicago, Illinois, that flew into icing conditions. The flight crew lost control and the aircraft entered a dive reaching a vertical speed of approximately 500 feet per second (30,000 ft per minute).
